A collective, advocating for the use and reintroduction of a range of lime finishes.
The surviving interior decorative plaster in the ruin of Sutton Scarsdale Hall, in Derbyshire, is fantastic - created by Italian master plasterers, Arturi and Vassali, in the early 18th century, it has managed to cling on despite the odds 😍

A former church at Wester Balblair, Beauly….once harled, then lime pointed with rough and ready horizontal lining out - very beautiful! 😍

The lovely Fauconberg Arms in Coxwold, North Yorkshire, now bare stone but once lime coated, as we can see from archive images and physical evidence on the building (which survives particularly well behind the current sign!) 😀
