Been introducing the girlfriend to some old music she might have missed along the way, and she especially took a liking to some early alternative stuff (Replacements, 80s REM). It’s incredible how little this era gets covered by the mainstream press. Anyway, I think Throwing Muses are gonna be next.

Got inspired by the Chef Reaction videos to make pasta alla vodka last night, but I was so hungry that I may have rushed it a little and not completely boiled away the alcohol. Anyway, it didn’t matter. Ten out of ten; I would definitely eat 20 proof pasta again.

Discovered Chef Reactions on TikTok today. Don’t care about the platform in general but am definitely going to watch all 500 of this guy’s takes on cooking videos that run the spectrum from sublime to horrific.
