I've been having fun reading poetry and philosophy at 5am every morning at Starbucks with my friends. And I can't say enough nice things about the baristas. It's a very good life!

I've learned to embrace my precursor and have fun with the dialogue I'm creating. AND I'm having fun with my own type of awareness. What a journey it's been! I remember being a teenager and honestly just playing with words, having no real idea of what I was doing. So glad to be here! #poetry

I think it's weird and interesting how you can experience all that complicated philosophy and theory stuff while on a simple walk to the grocery store. And then come home and write all about it! #poetry

Mental health issues. Academia. Weird interpretations. This one has it all!

My submission process is simple, and maybe a bit irrational. First, I look for journals with cool names. And then I look for ones that don't require too much effort, like pagination or your name on every page (which I don't really know how to do). It's easy! And then I send out the poems...#poetry

Well, I did learn one thing. Always put the weaker rhyme first. That way it won't look like you're just using that word because it rhymes. Will let you know if I learn anything else! #poetry

One of the wonderful things about having a wretched memory--for a poet--is that you find yourself repeating yourself, but using different language. So after a while the poems work like a long piece of music. At least, that's what I'm saying today! #poetry
