✨️Volunteer Appreciation Post✨️ For our next volunteer post, we'd like to recognize a long-term volunteer. When we showed up to register voters at the Princeton Mosque, Roberto spent nearly 2 hours helping shovel the ice from the sidewalks. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Roberto! 🫶🥳

Did you know that Texas has several special elections happening this Saturday, Jan 31st? If you, or your friends and family, are in the City of Plano, the City of Frisco, the City of Grand Prairie, Senate District 9 (Parts of Tarrant Cty) or US HD 18 (Parts of Harris Cty) then you have an election!

🥁🥁🥁... 158 is how many students we registered to vote with partner organizations on Thursday! Not only is that a new record for one day, we ended the week with 209, another record, and we have officially surpassed 1,000 voters registered since we started as an organization just two months ago!! 🏆

MLK Day was all about service. We showed up in Rowlett, Arlington and Plano to register voters, share upcoming election info and donate our time to civic engagement. Thank you to the volunteers and organizations who made it happen! 🙏🙏🙏

We started off MLK Weekend volunteering at a food bank in Arlington, a car show in Garland, a parade in Carrollton and afternoon service at the Princeton Islamic Center. 🙌 Catch us tomorrow at MLK events in Plano, Rowlett, Dallas and Arlington! 💪
