Imagine hiring 100 engineers, but they don't build what a one- or two-man team is building out there. This is one of the main appeals of having AI do work. Sometimes, you just can't hire enough people to do the work. And some even leave to do it for their own company, instead.

It's true that accumulating knowledge brings nothing without execution. But please note that execution is overglorified. Imagine your daughter getting married to the wrong person. Execution -- overglorified. You have to execute on the right thing or get stuck executing whatever you started.

Electrical engineers are a much better fit for real world problems than software engineers. The latter are spoiled. They live in the world of rocks (matter), where position/posture is guaranteed by gravity and other forces. (It's a fake world.) Arguably, it's where the former tried to take refuge.

Imagine if Anthropic wasn't charging, though. That would've been unfortunate for the whole industry. Maybe energy drink and/or supplement companies would've had higher sales volumes from those same customers.

After Claude Opus 4.5 was released, I, for the first time, spent an additional ~$30 on top of the Pro sub. With Opus 4.7, I added ~$60 of extra usage credit to the account. Why not before? Because it wasn't that valuable to me yet. The value it generates for me now is what induces the extra use.

People make "orchestration" (not my preferred term for it) sound like such an impossible task that, a year later of it, I've started to believe it and guard the simple methods that life threw at me as if like it's sacred knowledge or something. I don't even have it in ink and paper anymore.

It's not a wrapper for AI models. That is, it's not some learned way to use the models. In fact, it might be beneficial for the models to learn how to generate optimal results for it.
