I started a new side project: A free, no account required, online D&D character sheet editor with all the bells and whistles you'd expect or want: Auto-calculating fields, data linking for items and spells, etc It'll be a while, but it's a fun project to keep my skills sharp

Finished the first season of Vox Machina yesterday. A really fun ride and as a long time D&D fan, it was a special treat trying to guess which spells were which, and how the underlying mechanics were getting used Percy is absolutely the most similar to the kind of chars I play

The new D&D 5.5 Unearthed Arcana rules for the Artificer are wild. I've always wanted to monoclass one, but felt the limitations were a bit stifling. While it seems pretty strong now, I like the player agency of it I think an Artillerist Artificer is in my future

Guess I'm doing another Palworld playthrough! I still wish desperately that they would expand the base building radius. It is the primary reason I stopped playing originally as it really ruined most of the ideas I had for base designs

In a week, I'll be back in the sunny lands of San Diego! It's been a few years since I last visited, but I'm excited to meet some colleagues in person for the first time, see the workplace again and enjoy some local culinary delights 👀

Going through my yearly speedrunning obsession reminds me how much I loved platformers growing up, and how much I loved the Crash and Spyro trilogy remasters What I wouldn't give for Toys For Bob to do a Jak & Daxter trilogy remaster 😭

Oblivion Remastered is Complete ✅ I didn't do *every* piece of content as I've beaten the original a few times, but I did all of the DLC and guild storylines Great remaster, although it has some bugs. The aged design still remains, but I appreciate the art updates!

Calgary Expo 2025 is a wrap! It was the first time I've attended a local con, and it was really special. Between meeting countless fellow cosplayers, sharing in my love for Final Fantasy 10 and One Piece, and seeing so many different fandoms, I'm ecstatic for next year!
