I think a problem with artist is that they think authenticity and diplomacy are exclusive. You can be you and still get a check or you can turn your mic up to max and let the chopper sing behind your opinions or views. Neither is bad, but don’t complain about the outcome of either way.

With fitness, it’s mind over matter, even if it’s looks like it’s the other way around. It also is a great way to play out the dynamic and build a relationship between your inner teacher and your inner student. The body and all of that comes that’s the easy part. Mastering the discipline is 80%.
