April's release is the never-before-reprinted and *extremely* rare LYCANTHIA by Frances Layland-Barratt from 1935. It's the last of the werewolf cycle from the 30s and 40s to be reprinted. Can only hope that Steinbeck's unpublished werewolf novel MURDER AT FULL MOON is published one day!

The next book from Mislaid will be THE DEVIL'S CAULDRON by J.W. Nicholas, a mesmerism novel from 1886. Nicholas was the coroner who oversaw the infamous Mabel Greenwood poisoning case in 1919. Book contains an essay on Nicholas' life and a brief essay about mesmerism and the fiction it spawned.
