Hundreds of Sand Martin through Blithfield this morning followed by a few Swallow. Pair of Greater Scaup, Kittiwake showed well by causeway. Ruddy shelduck in fields with 2 Egyptian Geese. Nice to hear a singing Blackcap.

Very few from last night. Struggling to identify this one, Marbled Minor maybe but is it the wrong time of year? Apologies for poor photo. Still early days for me!

A bit of a wet and wild day here in Bude. Plenty of Manx shearwaters battling the weather out there.

So I thought Iâd see if there are any Grasshopper Warblers at Wimblebury Mound near Hednesford. This is what I found, large area of bramble and scrub completely cleared. Such a shame.
