Democrats fought to protect and expand access to reproductive health options and created a resource website for people to know the health resources available to them. On their first day in office, the Trump administration took down the website. Trump simply does not care about your health.

Abortion is safe, legal, and accessible in Pennsylvania. We must fight to keep it that way.

We mourn the loss of Cecile Richards, a fierce advocate for increased healthcare access, reproductive freedom, and advancing equality in our communities. Our thoughts are with her family and all those impacted by her tireless work and advocacy.

They've all taken the oath of office. If they break that oath, we will hold them accountable. If they come after our personal freedoms, we will stand up to defend our liberties. If they come after vulnerable people and communities, we will protect our neighbors.

We are reminded of these important words as we honor Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., his legacy of service, and the advancement of civil rights and opportunity for vulnerable people.
