No one is perfect. Everyone will fall short and make mistakes, but the importance is making the effort to get back up and be better, to DO better. And the best we can do is be there for each other. To help and support. Lately I feel so alone if I'm honest.

Having a difficult mental health time right now. Feeling just sad and depressed, and it's even harder because things are okay. Might take a few days away from things to just reset. Remember that dark times never last.

Tried a new dance belt yesterday from Capezio & I was very impressed and happy with the result. One difference in this one was no elastic band around the front lower ab area. It helped bending and moving so much more and there was a major lack of pinching on certain sensitive bits 8/10 will buy more
