It’s really hard to detail how much your mental game / health can affect your score in #archery.

The simple joy of sitting in a recliner and explaining to my 4 year old why I shot a crab with a laser beam from my fingers, while my army of worm companions defends me from a horde of giant amoebas. And she just says “cool”. All while not at my pc. - Caves of Qud 2026

Got made a project lead on a work thing. One of my goals this week, is to try and update a mono repo that hasn't had it's dependencies updated in years. I know that updating a few of things like vite and vue are gonna make this explode. Caffeine stat.

Nioh 3… well I absolutely devoured that content.

There is a bugged collectible in Nioh 3. 15/16 until ng+ is gonna vex me.

Any time I am playing a game and it’s allowed for a player to take another’s agency for more than 30 seconds while they are not in a passive viewing state. So stun locks, “Mario Kart” item chains, confusion states, or repeated kills on spawn.

Last nights episode of Primal says you are forced to feel emotions.

I am on a second batch of antibiotics for illness. My taste buds and smell briefly returned this evening. First time since mid Nov. Eating late night taco bell, produced tears of joy. Then the smells of my apartment hit me and over stimulation. 4 year old chaos child is hard to clean up after.

#Nightreign parry turn around. Executor is fun. Sometimes it feels like my ps5 controller goes wonky on pulling out the suncatcher and I get out of rhythm. But you can really pick it back up with this character.

USA #archery Indoor Nationals: 13th of 37 in my group for #barebow, with 4 locations still to shoot. Expecting a top 30% finish in my group, and likely top 20% overall based on prior event scores. Not my best shoot. My first indoor tournament + national ranking = nerves. Still glad I did it!

Really enjoying Primal season 3's start. I look forward to the emotions it's being setup to evoke.

#barebow #archery Indoor Nationals this weekend. Final practice tonight! If I shoot anywhere near this, I am gonna be happy! Shot a 504 / 600 points. Average arrow score of 8.4! Started shooting during the pandemic. This is my first year trying to compete. Never too late to start!

My 2025 game of the year is Nightreign. I still find myself wanting to dive into 1 more run after over 300 hours. My only complaint, is that I have 0 friends that play this on PS5. My highest praised game would be Sektori. That is just so well put together that it is a work of art.
