I've had this image for a good 10+ years. I've always like it but just started working on it. Printed a 7x18 with it and it looks incredible. But how the heck do ya even begin trying to find a market for something so one of a kind(ish) print

and yet another one. I think this is number 4 or 5 for the day.... so far. The painted look kind of showed up as I was shooting at a lower shutter speed and there was just enough breeze blowing through that there is just a minute amount of movement in the leaves, thus giving it the painterly look

It's one of those days where I'm going to be posting several images that I had completely forgotten about.

If the AI we have on earth right now were to meet up with AI from another planet/universe, what would happen? Would their AI be superior, and if so; would our AI learn from their AI and insert our AI into their AI and make them wonder what the hell just happened to their AI?

Ok, if those of you who scan negatives, i have a question for ya. All I have done to the following image is darken it a little. If you look at the leaves, something is off. Every negative I have, the leaves show up the same way. Any thoughts on why they look like that?

I will have to wait until all of the developing is done and I get stuff scanned in but I'm pretty sure that out of about 80 pictures that I took this last week about 74 of them are all color on a river. I think they all look different but still color on the rivers

I love photographing fall colors, by it is really difficult to get a capture that doesn't look like everyone else's. I think I've gotten a couple of really good shots though 3 more days here then home develop

If you've ever seen our skies, you know there is no reason to edit an image. Absolutely love how blue they are

The colors don't show as brilliant as they are, but we went up to the campus of Colorado mountain college steamboat springs. We went to the Glenwood springs campus in the early 80s. I'm surprised there is still so much color up here

4 years ago up in RMNP. Ya, a lot of my pictures are from Rocky Mtn NP, but it's about an hour away so it's hard not to take advantage.

We are going to take a short vacation, but can't take the dog, or don't want to. She is aware enough that when its time to get her to the car, she actually tried to hide. She's fine when she gets to the sitters, excited even but getting her out of the house? (She's all of 11 pounds)

Is there anyone jumping on board to try the new kodakcolor 100 and 200? Looks like it just came out and only one or two places is selling it but it'll be interesting to see what the reviews are.

I'm almost a week post surgery and I'm feeling pretty good. My blood pressure and pulse are back up to where a person should be. Just a little mild tenderness when the area is touched. Oh, the worse thing is the nerve itches that go on. Not a thing you can do for them except laugh (kind of)

I survived! Blows me away that someone can be screwing wires into your heart, then lay a piece of equipment that helps operate the wires under the surface of the skin on your chest And then they send ya home the next day. Stuff like this blows my mind ..

I was standing on a bridge looking that way when I heard the wind starting to blow down stream and in about 10 seconds time, I had to focus, meter and shoot before I was in a complete white out. One of my all time favorite images. It was 4 degrees F. Once in a lifetime shot

I was setting up a shot with the 4x5 this last weekend when a man and his wife came up and started asking me about it. I continued setting the camera up while I explained how it worked. And at the end if you thank me and gave me this. It's a 1948 one. Penny.
