There is clearly a serious issue with some of the postal votes in the Caerdydd Ffynnon Taf seat for the Senedd election. Cardiff Council have sent this message to some people who hadn't received their postal votes. They will now be "hand-delivering postal vote packs on Tuesday 5 May".

Spent the better part of an hour trying to call the Endoscopy department for an appointment. The best part is I was just confirming my email got through. While I now have an appointment the wait time just to confirm details is frustratingly long. Whats the point in email if its not used.
