Cache Creek delivers! These tiny 1cm white rosettes in full sun on calcium infused basalt looked like Squamarina or Rhizoplaca miniatures but keyed out as an elusive in BC Canada, Lecanora neodegelii (was Squamarina degelii)...I think

Heterodermia sitchensis is common on moss at xalmost every north-facing limestone seep from Marble Canyon to several other parallel valleys S. Interior BC..this one unusually erect, narrower and denser lobes than any others I have seen; Aug.4/25
