🫰 Good news, I have successful not expose my self to a substantially amount of gluten in the past couple months. My celiac symptoms are, in theory, well managed. But I'm still bloated. :(

I woke up today feeling exhuasted and sore. 😔 As I suspected, my improvements at the gym from the past 2 weeks were because I was off for the holidays. Anything over 5k steps is when the issues come on quicker.

I went to the gym tonight. Post concussion syndrome is rough. I just want to be able to do 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and 20 minutes of weight lifting with no issues again. Alas, I cannot because of the pressure in my head.

Not to excessively harp on genAI, but I think it's essential for artists to recognize part of art is expressing oneself and connecting with other humans. AI images can never do that. There is no human connection. There is no self-expression. It is slop to the point you can't even call it kitsch.
