just to elaborate on this more i have been misdiagnosed with bipolar when i actually had autism. i was severely over medicated for almost a decade of my life and extremely numb and slowly losing interest/motivation in things i cared about across the board (art included). last year (cont in pics)

Had a really big breakthrough in therapy that may help me out of my awful rut. Here's to hoping for more productivity and feeling less deadlocked when it comes to motivation of any kind.

I finally got a full night's sleep that wasn't inundated with night terrors and I'm so grateful. The Sudafed was doing a number on me in a bad way and just taking the antibiotics and steroids have been helping me way more. Should have gone to the doctor sooner tbh.
