I spent all day trying to get my Elgato HD 60S+ to work w/ my Switch 2. I get the image, but it scales my monitor down to 720p. Any resolution settings I make get reverted once docked. I think I have a faulty HDMI cable or my capture card is messed up. Tried everything. EDID, different ports, etc. 😔

I’ll be streaming my shiny starter hunt in FRLG this week (starting Tuesday or Wednesday). It’s between Bulbasaur or Charmander. Looking forward to it.

NSO is so trash, the fact we’re getting standalone versions of FR/LG is wonderful. FYI, you have to buy annual subscriptions (no monthly) to NSO expansion pack, and would lose access to the games if/when servers shut down or you stop paying. NSO is not your friend.

I will 100% be buying both FR and LG on Switch. Amazing news!

There’s no chance we’re getting DS ports on Switch regardless of the fake leakers spamming it. We have BDSP, and B/W are due for a remake next. If this happens, I’ll delete my account. Gen 1-3 are possible though.

All I want from Pokemon Day is a new Mystery Dungeon (or DX), or Rumble game. It probably won’t happen but I can hope. If it’s just mobile slop, Kanto Park, a Unite S2 update, and a Gen 10 announcement, I will be sad. Any standalone ports for Gen 1-3 would be amazing. Pokken 2 would be god tier.

I’m relieved Ashes of Creation isn’t happening. It was a Kickstarter idea that blew out of control. It wasn’t a realistic project backed by an actual company or concrete vision. Lawsuits incoming I hope for anyone that invested money.

Let’s Play youtube channels will always be my favorite type of content. If you enjoy their journey and follow it all the way through, it can sometimes be more fun than playing the game yourself.

Why does everyone tag the FBI on Twitter as if it’s going to do anything. Do people not realize you need to make a formal report, often with local law enforcement first. In a serious case, it’s moved to state police, and very extreme cases, the FBI. People are so stupid it’s mind-blowing.
