Why does everyone tag the FBI on Twitter as if it’s going to do anything. Do people not realize you need to make a formal report, often with local law enforcement first. In a serious case, it’s moved to state police, and very extreme cases, the FBI. People are so stupid it’s mind-blowing.

I don’t think I would ever go to Pokemon Worlds again. I’m not a huge weeb, and I’m not interested in buying “stuff”. I love the franchise, but seeing the community in person kinda blows. I met a handful of cool people, but it was pretty rare.

Mecha BREAK releases at midnight. There’s no competition in the PVP “mech” genre so this could solidify itself as the premiere game in the space if their monetization isn’t glaring, the progression is easy to understand, and the customization is thorough.

So you know how Drifblim is the natural predator to Clamperl? I have a theory it evolves into Cloyster after being taken. I’m not really sure why they would be associated otherwise. It also helps explain why Shellder can’t evolve naturally via level up, and the Ghastly theory. Just a fun thought.

Pirate Software is an interesting human psychology study. He creates arguments that cater to what he thinks he can cover or is passionate about, even if they’re unrelated to the broader discussion. This behavior is always ego-driven. This time, it’s at the expense of a small nonprofit initiative.

If you’re considering getting a Switch 2, I would not hesitate as it will become harder to get one over the next few months. There was a large batch for launch, and it’s still not too difficult to order, but the inventory is getting smaller and smaller given how many units have sold since.

I didn’t give Pokemon Scarlet/Violet much of a chance on release, but now it’s one of my favorite games in the series with its performance upgrades. It was no-joke unplayable on release, and I avoided it for a long time after finishing the story. I had never not done everything in a mainline game.

The Switch 2 is a fantastic console. It legitimizes and improves everything from the Switch 1, which was already good but hindered by some limited internals. I’m not trying to ride the hype train here, but I’m very satisfied with what Nintendo has done. Now we just need a new 3D Mario and AC game.

Switch 2 in handheld is just BETTER. The screen is a little too good.
