#WoTShowSpoilers #WoTSkies I was nervous about the finale, of only because the last Two seasons ended with such a wump-wump for me. season 3 has been a different animal though, from the get-go and that finale rocked. It wasn't perfect, but it landed square in its feet.

#WotSkies it feels redundant to say at this point, but Ceara Coveney simply could not be better as Elayne. From the 1st scene in Egwene's room through to the Hills of Tanchico in full Scouse (& half-soused), she has been exquisitely perfect. This is her first role of real weight! I am in awe.

His interactions with Rand in S1 (dreams aside) were coaxing him towards the Shadow, as if helping him towards his true destiny.

#WheelofTime I love how, in this image from Natasha's Insta, she asks "Who's team are you on? Lanfear or Eugene?" I'm sure it was an autocorrect error, but I like to imagine it's her inner-Lanfear coming through, pulling the classic "deliberately get her name slightly wrong to belittle her" move.

#WoTshowspoilers I assume there'll still be a chunk of a Tanchico storyline in S4. I can't imagine there's enough screen time available in the last 3 eps of S3, with Two Rivers and Alcair Dal still to come, for all of that to get wrapped up this season.

#WoTShowspoilers In the UK we have a phrase, "After the Lord Mayor's show", which is used whenever the next thing after a massive event inevitably suffers by comparison. I expected ep5 to feel a little flat after the spectacle of Rhuidean, but it was so good, so gripping, so joyful, so devastating.
