started the process of my Revenant Apex Legends back piece today 😎 gonna finish up the totem and get started on the second half sometime in July.

i am going to learn how to pain with dynamic colors and expressive lighting before the world explodes. that is my only goal for this year.

i've been on an unplanned social media break. i found myself burnt out by youtube, twt/bsky, reddit, etc. and was just tired of always having a screen in my face all day. instead, i've been reading. went to the bookstore and picked up a series: Arc of a Scythe, by Neal Shusterman.

spent all of October travelling/visting family, and it was very fun. but boy am i glad to be home with nothing to do for the next month but write, draw, and watch movies that make me think.

sometimes i wish that i could pay my more talented artist friends big money to color my scribbles... i have so many pieces sitting unfinished, because i am so afraid of coloring them and spoiling the works.

man, i had to pull out flash drives and dig DEEP for some of these files. but here they are, my various flavours of Bastard. and Sollilja is here too :))) i really need to revisit some of these guys and give them some love and some fresh looks....
