need help with my HP iPAQ HW6915 i've been trying to put on it and English ROM for a few days, but it refuses to work i cannot research that much since im barely able to find shit about it i cannot use it since its in bootloader mode (as said in the 2 tutorials i found) PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!!!!

the iPAQ HW6915 and my Optiplex 380 have been such a fucking dent heads i cannot run the software on Windows 11 then my Optiplex decides that his GPU hurts(it was fine), then the RAM(it wasn't fine), then the storage (it was fine) AND AFTER ALL THAT i cannot run the software on Windows XP.

out of all of the software i ever had to use, SteamVR is the most double edge sword garbage ever on one hand, when it works, its god-like. flawless, enough settings, main menu peak. on the other hand, if your Wi-Fi dares to shit itself for ONE MICROSECOND, SteamVR goes "whoops sorry but we fucked"
