Watching The Dinosaurs documentary on netflix. I am enjoying it but there's not enough science explanation. Don't just say that dinosaurs had lighter bones, explain what that is. Teach the kids about pneumatic bones.

Went up to the tippy top of mainland Scotland. You can see Orkney over the water.

Thought I was feeling better then went to the library. It's only a short walk but I'm knackered.

Every time I worry about my parking, I see someone else's & all my worries vanish.

Managed to take some paracetamol and my stomach feels less like it's about to rebel again. Now it's bedtime and more sleep.

I've mostly slept for two days and yet I'm still yawning.

Still feeling really crappy but my attempt at toast went much better than yesterday and think a shower has helped.

Caught a bug or something & spent a horrible night. I feel I should try eating so having half a slice of dry toast & feeling very pathetic about it.

The book I placed a hold on is at the library 🎉 I'll need to pop along on Saturday.

Insomnia hit last night. So very tired this morning. My new sleep routine isn't perfect and I know setbacks are normal. Doesn't stop me being super grumpy about it.

After reading Alien Clay by Adrian Tchaikovsky. I've started on his Children of Time series. I haven't read any science fiction in a while so I'm enjoying it.

Bought a basil plant at the weekend. I've repotted it & it's now on my kitchen window sill. It looks a lot happier than it did in the supermarket. I feel like I've rescued it, which sounds daft I know 😁 Also attempted to make pesto yesterday using feta instead of parmesan. Still tasted good.

I've bought my train tickets for July for seeing Iron Maiden 🎉
