It been six months since we said goodbye to Maya. I finally finished my small, knitted tribute to her. 🐾🌈 The yarn is from Ancient Arts Fibre. Grey colour is even called Alaskan Malamute. Pattern from Amanda Berry at Wool Box.

Here’s another “shout out” to a local Calgary store. If you want to try some of the cyanotype photography that I’ve been experimenting with @thecamerastoreinc.bsky.social has the chemicals that I use. The chemicals are locally sourced, as well, from Flic Film.

In Calgary, I order my books from @shelflifebooks.bsky.social . I deleted my Amazon account in January. It’s great to seek out local stores for items. I have discovered a few gems. 🙂

My quest to see wild crocuses in bloom was successful. Near Glenmore reservoir and the Rocky view Hospital . 💜

I don’t live in Carlton but I am manifesting a Canada where everyone is respected and human rights are protected.
