We awoke this morning to the sad news of the passing of Pope Francis. We join with Christians around the world in mourning the passing of this great world leader, a model of compassion and humility. May he rest in peace.

I was happy to take a small break from door knocking to go see my friend Denise Baker at Kindness in the Village in Hespeler. With proceeds going to the prevention of youth homelessness. This fantastic second hand store is a must stop shop to find fashionable items while supporting a good cause.
