In 2016, alongside Forensic Architecture, Amnesty International documented and recreated the atrocities of Sednaya. Tonight, Sednaya prison—nicknamed the “slaughterhouse”—is no more. Prisoners, many of whom whose fate had been undetermined for the last decade, are now free.
