Happy Monday to all my nudist family. A workout helps with those Monday blues. My gym isn't naturist, but nudity is OK in the changing rooms. Also, my daughter checked online & saw that it's empty 😂 I wasn't just the only one nude ... I was the only one there! I hope everyone is well 🫂😘

Finding the biggest age gap between 2 nudist pics of yourself is the challenge. My "then & now" collage was funny - it's me as a baby 😂 .. But (hilariously) I could've done better. At my parents home, there's photos (that my dad took) of my pregnant mum. Haha! Technically I am in the photo!

Certain situations occur that only apply to a nudist. This happened to me at home. LOL! My daughter thought this was hilarious. Advice: Don't try to weigh yourself when nude immediately after waking up.

Reminder for all the UK nudist community - January & February are not nude friendly: Just because it's blue skies, no clouds & sunshine - never look out the window & say, "seems nice out there". It's not nice. My daughter & I didn't like that naked bin run! 🥶 Definitely should've put a robe on!

Today a guy at work was talking about his family. He said they've been to many countries & have seen so much that nothing shocks them anymore. I laughed. He asked why I laughed, but I couldn't tell him. LOL! He'd definitely be shocked hearing a few stories I have 😂 Nudist normal is different. Haha!

I know pubic hair is an individual preference. As a nudist I have no constant 'design'. Sometimes I'm hairy. Sometimes I'm not. I change it up. My family is all different. My mum & dad prefer hair. My wife & daughter don't. Question: Does body hair preference change depending on age? 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

This made me laugh! I've never said this, but I do have to remind my daughter to put underwear on 😂 Being nude at home & surrounded by your nudist family can cause forgetfulness when it comes to underwear. Going commando or even bottomless is easily done! Haha! Nudism has it's side effects 😂
