Work takes so much from a disabled person like myself that I don't have spoons for socmed. I don't have spoons to answer DMs/socialize. My illnesses alienate me SO MUCH socially & I fade into background w/ friends bc I don't have energy to keep up. They should keep reaching out but they stop (1/7)

In modern times Amon would either play piano or violin if I had to narrow it down. It’s difficult to pick just one because Amon loves to play a lot of musical instruments. An older post of mine lists all the instruments he can play.

I cannot tell you how disheartening this is. If you enjoy something you read/see please say it. The author/artist will love it. Hell, I’ve had people tell me I made their whole month from leaving a comment. I severely dislike this “consume and move on” behavior. It’s so destructive.

I'll say it again, Art is communication. "Create for yourself" really means "Create art that communicates who you are." And one sided communication feels terrible. Commenting on peoples art/creations can be scary, I get it. But COMMENT. COMMUNICATE. We want to hear it. I want to hear it.

"Create for yourself" is great and all but no one wants to feel like no one cares and you're just screaming into the void
