. 17 species, from Blackbird, Robin and Blue Tit to Reed Bunting, Pheasant and Ring-necked Parakeet. Blue tits clearing out the nest box. Stock Dove inspecting the Tawny box Not long till Spring

After yesterday's flooding and trail closures at RSPB Strumpshaw Fen, the water levels have dropped and both Fen Hide and Tower Hide have re-opened. Still a bit muddy.
