A/O 9:15 AM, NJ Transit sold more than 20k tkts for 6/16 World Cup-goers. My sense is they will get near 26k (purely a guess), picking up most people who opted for HC shuttles. But still far short of 40k cap. That means a lot of people still resorting to rideshare/driving.

At 8:30 PM, host committee shuttle lines were as far as the eye could see, some braved reversing in the crowd to find another option. The line was so far back no one could tell if they were in the right line for the right route.

At the 73-minute mark, Knicks fans were rushing out, a worker advised “prayers” and “Knicks in five” and to burn sage.

Meanwhile, NJTRANSIT at 3:30. No line to get in. People are starting to fill up train now but definitely confusion because it was so empty. Also, board member Beson is an ambassador at PSNY!

I couldn’t upload the whole video but this is the host committee shuttle line before 3 pm. It wraps from 42nd, down second Avenue, across 41st and then around Tudor city place. There js a second line north of 42nd. Also this stud watching the whole thing.
