For some fun, I collected MTG Prophecy packs, enough to do Draft with friends. It was a good time, for sure. Not intended, but got a few... *profitable* pulls from the packs. Most would be happy with a few Rhystic Studies from the common pool, but I managed to pull a *foil* Rhystic from the packs.

Bought an original Gameboy for $25 due to it bot working (more specifically, doesn't power on). Opened it up, I think I found the problem: battery acid leakage messed up the DC/DC power converter. Actually kind of a fortunate problem, because the whole part can be replaced for like $10.

Alright, finished the Bravely Default remaster. Still as good a game as I remember, my third time around, though admittedly it *was* limited in what it could do. The original is known for maximizing every single feature of the 3DS, and while this makes do well enough you still feel what's missing.

Gonna put this out there, Bravely Default remaster is cool and all, but the removal of -100% encounter rates is a *real* drag. One of the best aspects of Bravely Default was it's difficulty adaptability on the fly, and they nix'd the best encounter option? What the hell, Squarenix?

Alright, final deck finished, finished Balatro Completionist+. Also Anaglyph deck can kiss my ass, this is probably the worst deck - it's basically just a bare deck with nothing special most of the time, woof. Went to Yellow deck after, felt like the easiest experience in comparison.

Alrighty, Black Deck Gold Stake get! Surprised I managed it as quick as I did, apparently prioritizing economy jokers with that extra slot and rolling for good ante 1 tags helps get it off the ground to get the win. I admit the midgame Triboulet helped (getting his gold stake win was great, too!).

Heh, I was wondering why my gold stake run nearly peter'd out at the end. Turns out I accidentally killed my ~6x Obelisk in the middle of the boss. Fortunately I was close enough to salvage the win, but this almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory - keep an eye on your played hands, folks!
