Made pizzas

I made pulled pork burgers

Sourdough loaf 200g sour dough starter 60% hydration 400g strong bread flour 150g lukewarm water Tsp salt 2 tsp Greek olive oil Mix Rise in a tub for about 4-6 hours No kneed needed, bake from as is, try not to knock out too much air bubbles. 210° 30 min then check - you want a nice browning

Red wine pork belly pasta bake

yesterday I over extended my use of free will. A chicken and mustard bake, wrapped in bacon, covered in a pizza crust and topped with cheese served with a tomato basil spinach sauce.

I made a vegetable quiche and slaw for dinner 🥰🥰

I didn’t get a photo but I just threw together some “oven pancakes” from a bread dough that was over proofed and it turned out so nice with almost a crumpet texture

Don’t you just hate it when the side dishes overshadow the burgers. Tonight I made the burgers the main dish with mac and cheese (I used pasta ears) sauce over the onion paprika burgers on fresh made massssive buns 🤤🤤
