From the looks of it, the electrical shocks were very intricate indeed. That collar had to be very lethal to dish out shocks to hurt a big Sceptile like Ketsueki, here. Especially cause grass types should normally resist this kind of electricity. The shocks weren't stopping either.-

"D-don't touch it!" Ketsu yelled frantically. The lizard had gone into total panic mode. The beeping eventually sped up more and more. Only to leave a scary sight. Suddenly, that collar dished out a rather lethal looking shock to the lizard. "GAHHHHH!" Collapsing to his knees, Ketsu-

"N-no! Nothing's wrong with it!" Ketsu piped up, sweating a bit. Peaking someone's interest on the collar... Oh dear, he's really nervous about the collar. Something's really off about that collar. Unfortunately for Ketsu, the collar started to beep. The beeping was rather unsettling.-

"I-I am not sure that'd be a good idea..." He seemed to get awfully nervous at that suggestion. Continuing to adjust his collar. He's touched his own collar constantly at this point... It's awfully suspicious, and for Ketsu? Uncomfortable as all hell. It felt like it was on the-

"It's so quiet..."

"Well..." Ketsu nervously went back to twiddling his claws. He's not sure of the consequences of this, knowing his father. "...N-not really. I don't have any hobbies..." That collar seemed to be bothering him an awful lot...

"O-oh! Nothing much, I guess.." Ketsu seemed rather uncertain, tugging on his collar a bit. From the looks of it, it was rather uncomfortable... "Just kind of... standing around."

He seemed a little nervous. Scratching at his collared neck, the lizard allowed the approach, staring at the lady. That collar looked peculiar. It was made of metal and had some glowing lights.. a red and a blue light. The blue one was on right now. "...Uhm... Hello?"
