This week, I learned the difference between ruching and smocking and how twill and poplin are different. Am I fashion yet? 🤣

3 BBQ spots in 2 days made me actually crave a salad 🤣. Taco salad with creamy jalapeno sauce from Chuy’s!

Michelin-starred BBQ at Interstellar BBQ! Prime beef short rib, peach tea glazed pork belly, brisket, picanha steak, pork spare ribs, pulled lamb shoulder and tipsy turkey with mac & gouda and smoked scallop potatoes!

The second stop on my Texas BBQ tour is the famed Louie Mueller. I got their beef “dino” rib, brisket, burnt ends and sausage. The beef rib was definitely my favorite with its fall-off-the-bone tenderness and its strong smoke flavor from bark to bone.
