Skadi/Skade Jöttun goddess of winter and the hunt. Former wife of the summer god Njörd and daughter of the giant Thiazi. She whos wrath even the gods fear, and whos demands all must hear to.

Sif. Goddess of the harvest, home and hearth.

Man I made this one years ago and I still like it. I remember making this because I feelt it was not much illustrations of all the goddesses in norse myths, Asir, Vanir and Jötunn kind. I wanted to bring some light on these often forgotten female deitys of the norse pantheon. So boom, all of them!

So I have this social media thing now. Seemes Nice, just like twitter but better. You know without "he who shall not be named" haha. Now my biggest problem will be to slowly put not just my new art but some of my old art here as well.

Freja. Sister of Yngve-Frej and daughter of Njord. She who wears the shiny brisingamen necklase. She who knows the secrets and prophecys and taugh the all-father sejdr. The Vanir goddess of love,war, life, death, magic, cats, boars, fertility, summer, sex and lust. And yeah, most cool things really.

Frigg/Frigga. The all-mother. Queen of the heavens, the Lady of Asgard, wife of Odin, mother of Baldur. The head of the Asynjor, the goddess of the sacrificial ponds and wells. Spinner of clouds and fates. Goddess of motherhood and marriage.
