I've been trying various forms of yoga, tai chi, qigong and pilates for the last 3 years. Conclusion: tai chi is the best and most enjoyable of them all. I'm convinced it would be as popular as yoga if you could take a photo of yourself doing tai chi that looked cool (you can't)
