The Wendy's on Central and University has closed. It's REALLY hard to build a drive-thru establishment on Central Ave cuz of zoning (this is a good thing). This spot is obvs legally non-conforming so their drive thru can stay. I wonder what will go in next - feels like a prime piece of real estate.
