Cracking Friday night up in the Lakes, the heat was daft as predicted so a dip in a plunge pool on the way up had to be done 👌🏻

Felt like I needed that, not been out for what seems ages, despite the downpours every now and then and some blustery conditions, really enjoyed it, tucked away in a familiar spot for me

Was headed for the Lake District for a big day, but changed my mind in Scotch Corner services car park, only just started feeling right after a chest infection. Headed for a nice chilled one, Any guesses? 😁

It's been a long, but absolutely brilliant day with Sophie Gaines , Harry Gaines and Frankie. Natural history museum, and some of the sites, changing of the guard and finished off with a lovely Italian meal. Didn't want it to end, but we're all shattered 😁
