This is my progress so far with Legendary Lorenzo Land. The Mario assets are placeholders for now. I have it so you can take damage, stomp on an enemy, and lose your power up status. Enemies also will just walk off a cliff for now. #gameboy #gbstudio #indie #indiedev

Lots of new things! Added some basic sound effects to the main menu, which also has a crudely drawn title card. Added keys to the game which save progress, though the keys do nothing yet. Also made little decorative flowers which dance! #gamedev #indiedev #retrogaming #promosky
