I am becoming someone new, but the becoming feels like breaking. Anxiety hums beneath my skin like a storm that won’t pass, teaching me how to breathe through drowning. And still… I am here. Shaking, healing, unfolding— a quiet transformation no one sees, but I feel in every breath I fight to keep.

Healing isn’t a race— it’s a quiet return to yourself. Unlearning the pain, rebuilding the language of touch, trust, and truth. This time, connection feels like home, not survival

like breathing through keyholes….walls inches from my skin, thoughts sprinting laps with nowhere to land. My body is still, but my mind is clawing at the ceiling, looking for a door that isn’t there.
