Bias is implicit in the data, in the training, and in the interpretation of the results. AI does nothing to bring "equality". (It COULD, perhaps, but it won't, because it's usually a blackbox - so those biases are not made transparent. This is one of the BIG dangers of AI)

One problem with policing (ICE...) is the lack of upfront investment in getting things right. A default position should be that every gun toting official should automatically be tried for manslaughter, if that gun kills anyone (Whether criminal or not). The legality of the shooting should be tested.
