#ArmDay Today was my final day of freedom. Tomorrow I gotta go back to work 😢

Last day of 2025 ended on an arm day. Also bonus in my tights because I’ve been cold AF the past few days and I’m running my under armour tights under my pants today 😅

Finally got a lil ride in. Featuring my new blue jersey, (Christmas gift from mi amor @heriinsf.bsky.social). Was a bit rough after taking a break and heading out in the colder weather. Definitely stood in the hot shower for awhile after.

My mom was visiting for Christmas. She asked me, “does your gym have any of the people who just sit there and look at themselves in the mirror” Yep… me 🫠😎

Santa is on vacation until the new list gets started on Jan 1, prime naughty time! 🙂‍↕️😈

Decided to deviate from my routine and go to do an in person yoga practice. I got all my comfortable athletic stuff, my mat, my coffee. I get there and find out it’s not running today 🥸. Ohh well 🤷‍♂️ ran a home session anyway.

Still getting over my cold but at least I’m back home and back in the gym 🙏

I don’t know what I find worse, all the kids at the costume contest doing Fortnite emotes as they showed off their costumes or the fact that I recognized that’s what they were doing 🫥. I guess it’s time for me to start practicing my “get off my lawn” yell.

Was super excited to walk into my gym and see that they’d finally put in the leg press machine that the gym manager has been hyping up for months. Was a bit disappointing when I went to try it and I learned I was already able to max it out 🫥 (it’s not a brag, it just didn’t go very high 🫠)
