No worries. There's also a chance the carriers mixed them up, but that happens all the time and both carriers are used to swapping wrong packages, it'll just take a little bit longer than if the mistake hadn't happened. And I'm so glad you like the box :D I'm happy with them!!

I hate to keep doing this but I thought this might be information you should know @roaminbison.bsky.social the first package was initially under UPS, but then got changed to USPS, I’ve put both tracking numbers in and it’s saying “order isn’t found” or “UPS hasn’t received the item” (1/2)

We use different carriers rn to split up pick up, since we have a lot of it with finishing BackerKit fulfillment .We had a big pickup with UPS and USPS both yesterday, but they weren't able to take it all, so yours may have been in that first pick up, or might be in the pick up on Wednesday.

All the ones I was behind on yes! The few greens sold in June were not meant to be, but shopify kept selling them even once when the inventory hit 0. So those unexpected few are waiting until longer-waiting fulfillments have been completed- which currently means gryphons and bags.
