Finally got to finish watching Cobra Kai. I can’t overstate how well this show works on so many levels while retaining its cheesy 80s charm and adding an updated moral message. The character development and ending reminds me of some of the best teen movies from 80s and 90s. #CobraKai

Finally watching a few Yasujiro Ozu movies this weekend. Tokyo Story and Late Spring. Storytelling/pace are much different since these were made in the 40s/50s but his simple human stories are engaging. Amazing minimalist compositions! Setsuko Hara is a MOVIE STAR!
