Today, we have had a rich day of papers and learnign, laughing and eating cake. More details to follow - but this was the highlight. Today, we celebrated one of our heroes... We presented Dr Karen Smith with a festschrift; a collection of essays written in her honour. Ordering details will follow

Next week, the BHS conference is taking place. We look forward to a rich feast of papers, friendship and discovery. Look out for the papers being published in forthcoming editions of the BQ.
