#7: Can't see the forest for the trees. RI's economic growth is hindered by the mutual disregard of Governors & the GA of municipalities Evergreen contracts; IOD for thee, not me; presumed job-related illness expansion; etc... struggling locals hurt all growth: population, business, wages & taxes.
