You ever think about how Super Mario Galaxy is about exploring multiple galaxies? Like each level is called its own Galaxy? So the game would more accurately be called Super Mario Galaxies or Super Mario Universe. Doesn’t roll off the tongue as well.

For the record, I’m not saying you should all remember how to do long division. That’s probably gonna be a useless skill to you. I just mean that if you can get that bad at math by not doing it, think of how your other skills can degrade from lack of use.

I think people underestimate how quickly your ability to do something yourself degrades when you have a machine to do it for you. Like how many of you think you can still pull off long division? The same goes for spellchecking, talking to people, being creative in general…

UPDATE 2: Okay, so apparently Emma is canonically 16 in X/Y, and 21 in Z-A. So I was wrong. But, like, can you blame me? Why does she look like that!? Probably because of the limited assets of X/Y tbh. So okay, maybe this is less reprehensible than I initially thought…

I was really happy to see how Nintendo’s handling the Animal Crossing NH update. Most of the new features will be a free update that you can still play on Switch 1, and the Switch 2 edition seems to be limited to graphical and system upgrades that actually require the stronger console.

UPDATE: After playing further, Pokemon Z-A states that its events take place five years after X/Y (less than I’d have thought, I would have guessed like 12). I think that proves pretty definitively that Emma is underage. Just saying, Emma looked like this 5 years ago.

I wish I was playing Fortnite so I could see this and stop playing Fortnite.

I’m curious what Abilities some of these new Mega Pokemon are gonna get when they’re inevitably brought to a more traditional battle system. The stat boosts are nice and some of them change type, but for a lot of Pokemon like Kangaskhan the Ability is what makes the Mega worth it.

So I’ve been growing out my beard for a Halloween costume; growing up I didn’t get facial hair for a long time and I never really imagined having a mustache or beard. Right now I have the most facial hair I’ve ever had and I think it’s the closest I’ll ever be to experiencing gender dysphoria.
