Can someone tell me why, by default, Realtek NICs on Windows will strip the VLAN tag, so if your LAN has IPv6 RA advertised on a separate VLAN, the Windows client end up with two IPv6 subnets, with the VLAN one not working? Sounds broken out-of-the-box to me.

After a few URL switches, the dnsmasq author now decided to put a "roadblock" in front of the git repo specifically for AI scraper bots. The FOSS community is visibly getting tired of the abuse from these AI providers. I have Cloudflare rejecting AI scrapers as well now.

Holy crap, getting wifi to work on Linux is still as painful as it was 20 years ago. 1) Need to compile and install out-of-tree driver 2) Need to fiddle with modules.d config files to get the correct regulatory region applied for 6 GHz to connect (after two other suggested fix failed to work)

A few weeks ago, it was Google (which impacted Cloudflare). Last week it was AWS. Today, it's Azure's turn to go down. Too much of the Internet relies on these three, and we are seeing the impact of each one of them going down, even just partly. Cyberattack on these three would screw us all.

That Intel/Nvidia deal is bad news for the consumers IMHO. Doesn't sound like Intel is willing to keep pushing hard to make Arc a viable alternative for the market.
