As a day 1 pixal samurai X fan, I absolutely love her car from s3 pt1, very samurai VXL coded, I like it alot

I really like the ghost hunter suits and in a way they feel kitbashed from some of my favourite elements from the past 5 years like the elemental flair and more regular clothing elements of the core suits, the headband/merge style shoulder combo from Nya and Kai in the dragon stone shrine

Honestly i think the DX ninja suits have probably aged the best from the original run of ninjago (pilot-s3) imo, even despite an overall lack of much hinting that these are actually robes in the printing, the dragon detailing is so impressive that they pull ahead regardless

It's a shame Pixal wasn't in any sets in 2019, 2020 and 2021 because I think she really could have benefited from a new design to fit with the s11 ninja or even a new design to compliment or match Nya's when she became samurai X in crystallised

Okay nevermind the pt1 aesthetics are growing on me, the storm suits definitely have charm and the red versions of the dragonians are pretty good, I still kinda prefer spectral thunderfang but he doesn't have a set so it's no contest really

S3 p2 was great, the plot arrives alot sooner and Jay being present as a character is very nice, also the designs are much better all round, the spectral dragonians look better, spectral thunderfang looks better, the new robes for the ninja look great, just a shame Zane never got to wear it
