Thirdly we have the Headless, who represents upper management/marketing department. More enthusiasm than understanding, Headless is always willing to jump on the latest tech fads. Does not understand computers. Is prone to scams, and needs help with daily tasks. Pays the salary of everyone else.

Then we have the management. Stressed yet responsible, supportive even when they do not understand the field of IT very well. Also worth reminding that these are not based on any one person: all characters in the comic are based on archetypes and a multitude of personalities from over a decade.

Since I am now working on the second part of IT Raven, I am thinking of adding a section to explain the different characters. A sort of "Who is who"? I might as well start in Bsky! First we have our main character, a dead-on-the-inside-and-outside tech support/IT worker doing their best.
