LA Mayor Bass was sitting across the isle from us in a flight yesterday… in basic economy, behind the seats with good legroom, from Pittsburgh to LA. No idea what she was doing in Pittsburgh. But I gotta say, I don’t agree with how she runs LA, but I really appreciate the humbleness of that flight

After like 100 hours and 150 tabs of looking shit up, I finally managed to install NextCloud and MariaDB, and access it remotely. Terminal is my best friend now. I have learned so much. I think I can effectively start applying for Sys Admin and Dev Oops jobs now.

Fantastic Four is genuinely a great movie. It’s so stylized, which is incredibly rare for Marvel. It’s so beautiful to look at. The story is sweet and grounded, and the acting is so good. This is by far the best Marvel movie in such a long time. And the most stylized since Captain America 1.

I know I’m late on the game here, but John Wick 4 is so good. It’s not deep or anything. It’s just a bunch of people at the top of their craft having an absolute blast. The joy of the cast and crew really shines through and it’s so fun to take that journey with them. It’s such a fun ride.
